[VIDEO] Game Guide: Aggies Try To Play Smart Versus Razorbacks; Red Wolves Open Conference Schedule At Home

Arkansas will be guaranteed to win in at least one category against Texas A&M on Saturday.

This story is from the archives of ArkansasSports360.com.

It's been a humbling season for Arkansas. The Razorbacks have not won a game since beating Jacksonville State in the season opener. Since then, the Hogs have lost to a Sun Belt school, suffered their first shutout at Razorback Stadium in a generation and even lost to another non-conference opponent last weekend.

And now, it's time to go down to College Station and play the Aggies.

Texas A&M carries a reputation for being a bit on the dim side (its hockey team recently drowned during summer workouts). Aggie jokes are such a part of life throughout the Ark-La-Tex portion of the U.S., other aspects of the school are forgotten, like how this is the Aggie cheerleading squad.

But here's the bad part: A&M has been drooling, even more so than usual, at the chance for revenge against an Arkansas team that has beaten them the past three times. The Aggies have also yet to win an SEC game in their inaugural season and see a weakened Razorback squad that might give A&M that path to a brighter future.

Can Arkansas beat this year's A&M team? Well, sure. Will they beat this year's A&M team? That regrettably could be a different story. That said, it surely won't ever look as bad as the Aggie Forestry Department:

Jim Harris appeared on "Today's THV This Morning" with Tom Brannon and calls the game "a tough test." Jim also says Arkansas State has an edge on Western Kentucky. Play the video below to learn why.
