Little Rock Corporate Center Resold in $1.1 Million Deal

A 5-acre commercial development in southwest Little Rock was recycled in a $1.1 million transaction between St. Louis entities.

Oakcliff LLC bought the 50,724-SF Little Rock Corporate Center at 7501 Interstate 30.

The seller was BMO Harris Bank.

Thrown into the deal were two commercial parcels on East 11th Street in North Little Rock encompassing 5.4 acres.
