A former truck terminal in North Little Rock tipped the scales at $1.4 million.

American Truck Detail & Service LLC, led by Chris Sanders, bought the 1 Harold Ives Drive project from Ben and Diane Davis.

The transaction is financed with a five-year loan of $1.37 million from One Bank & Trust of Little Rock.

The 17.6-acre development previously was tied to an April 2007 mortgage of $1.7 million held by the bank.

The Davises acquired the property for $1.7 million more than five years ago from Covenant Transport Inc. of Chattanooga, Tenn.

Covenant Transport purchased the site in November 1999 as part of its $45 million acquisition of Harold Ives Transportation.

A 1.83-acre Kum & Go development in North Little Rock is trailing a $920,000 sale.

KG Store 153 LLC of West Des Moines, Iowa, acquired the location at 8801 Maumelle Blvd. from Keltner Properties Corp., led by Ronald Keltner.

The property was bought in September 1999 as part of a $640,000 deal with TFJ Nominee Trust, led by Judith Scherer.

The former Cook Jeep-Eagle service center in downtown Little Rock rang up an $860,000 transaction.
