Montine McNulty of Pine Bluff, executive director of the Arkansas Hospitality Association, has been installed as president of the Arkansas Society of Association Executives. She succeeds Tom Larimer of the Arkansas Press Association. Kenny Hall, executive vice president of the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce, was installed as vice president.

Vincent Insalaco has been named the inaugural 2012 Community Engagement Awards Lunch Honoree by the Argenta Community Development Corp. of North Little Rock.

Sue Balest has been promoted to executive director of the Student Loan Guarantee Foundation of Arkansas. Balest replaces Ronnie Nichoalds, who will retire Jan. 6 after 33 years of service.

Chris Wayland has joined Baxley-Penfield-Moudy Realtors of Bryant, where she has been a resident for 35 years. Before the move, Wayland spent 30 years in the insurance industry.

Technology

Keith Crawford has joined Mainstream Technologies of Little Rock as a senior information technology consultant with almost 10 years of experience.

John Joyner was named, for the sixth consecutive year, as one of the Most Valuable Professionals by Microsoft for his contributions to the system center cloud and datacenter management technology communities. Joyner is a senior architect at ClearPointe of Little Rock.
