Trio of Little Rock Properties Top $1M Mark

81 Sologne Circle gets a new owner through Capital Bank.

You want seven-digit deals? Here’s a trio.

A 10,800-SF forfeited manor in west Little Rock, a 1.46-acre Family Dollar development in southwest Little Rock and a 167,359-SF industrial project in east Little Rock all topped the million-dollar mark.

Christopher and Claire Pittman bought the former Sologne Circle home of Eric and Toni McDuffie from Capital Bank for $1.5 million.

Family Dollar Stores of Arkansas Inc. of Charlotte, N.C., bought the project at 10422 Chicot Road for $1.1 million.

The seller: Max Alley Investments LLC, led by James Herrington.

SFHR Investments LLC, led by Mark Conine, acquired the former Macmillan Bloedel Containers facility at 1901 E. 22nd St. for $1 million.

The sellers? Ben and Diane Davis.
