The Heritage Co. of Sherwood recently announced that Sandra Franecke, company board chairwoman, is now the full owner and CEO of Heritage.
In addition, Franecke appointed Marilyn Michie Zornik as the company’s new president. Zornik was previously executive vice president of marketing and client services for more than 20 years. She replaced John Braune, who retired from his role as president earlier this year.
Franecke also promoted Mike Land from vice president of business affairs to chief operating officer.
Franecke is the daughter of Heritage Co. founder Lee Keenihan, who started the business as Heritage Publishing Co. in 1958. Heritage is a full-service nonprofit fundraising company that specializes in phone and mail fundraising campaigns. It serves charities including Special Olympics, Mothers Against Drunk Driving, the Veterans of Foreign Wars and nearly 200 others.
