North Little Rock TAC Facility Transfers to JP Energy

JP Energy Partners LP of Dallas announced Thursday it that it will take ownership of two TAC Energy terminals, one in North Little Rock and another in Caddo Mills, Texas.

According to a news release, specific terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Shareholders of TAC and North Little Rock's Coulson Oil Co. have co-owned the North Little Rock facility since the 1980s, and this relationship will carry over to JP Energy's ownership, a spokesman for JP Energy said.

"We have enjoyed our longstanding relationship with TAC and are now equally excited to be tapping into JP Energy's expertise," Coulson Oil Chairman Mike Coulson said in the release.
