Triad of Transactions Top Million Dollar Sales

A trio of commercial properties in the Little Rock area attracted seven-digit transactions.

The biggest of the three, a John Deere dealership in the Otter Creek area of Little Rock, rang up a $3.85 million transaction.

Stribling Equipment LLC of Richland, Miss., bought the 47.25-acre Warrior of Arkansas Inc. spread at 10601 Otter Creek East Blvd. Seller: Alawest-Al LLC of Northport, Ala.

A future Twin Peaks location in west Little Rock changed hands in a $1.35 million deal. TC Little Rock LLC of Phoenix purchased the former Cozymel’s project at 10 Shackleford Drive. The seller is Coastal Restaurants Ltd., led by Jacob Baum.

A former Kroger in Maumelle is under new ownership after a $1.05 million sale.

DT Real Estate LLC, led by Edwin Dalton and Rory Thompson, acquired the 33,214-SF building at 101 Commerce Drive.

Its seller is 101 Commerce Drive LLC of Wilmington, Del.
