Formed in 1982, Westquip is a full-line material handling dealership selling new and used industrial equipment. The company is touted as offering the largest selection of rental forklifts in Oklahoma.

The deal marks the second acquisition by Hugg & Hall during the last 18 months. The company bought Arkla Taylor Forklifts Inc. of Broussard, La., in May 2011.

With more than 14 full-service branch locations, Hugg & Hall is one of the largest material handling companies in the Midwest and Mid-South.
