Income Per Capita Dropping in Central Arkansas

Inflation-adjusted per capita income in central Arkansas dropped between 2008 and 2011, according to Metroplan's recently released “Metro Trends: Economic Review and Outlook.” The 3.4 percent decrease was the same as that of the U.S. metro average, the report says.
