Simmons Declares Quarterly Dividend

Simmons First National Corp. of Pine Bluff declared a quarterly cash dividend of 21 cents per share.

The payout represents a 1-cent per share dividend increase, 5 percent more than the dividend paid during the previous quarter.

The dividend is payable to April 1, to shareholders of record March 15.

Simmons is an eight-bank financial holding company with community banks in Pine Bluff, Lake Village, Jonesboro, Rogers, Searcy, Russellville, El Dorado and Hot Springs. The company's banks conduct financial operations from 96 offices, in 55 communities in Arkansas, Missouri and Kansas.
