Trio of Little Rock Properties Top $1M Mark

Three Little Rock properties, a convenience store, an office building and a home, all generated $1 million-plus sales.

John J. Sorci Trust of San Jose, Calif., bought the Kum & Go project at 6201 Col. Glenn Road for $3.1 million. The seller? KG Store 140 LLC of Iowa City, Iowa.

Cherry Ridge LLC of El Dorado, led by William Nolan, purchased the 2120 Riverfront Drive office building for $1.5 million. Seller: Noalmark Broadcasting Corp., led by Edward Alderson Jr.

John Motes and Julie Silver acquired a 5,990-SF home in west Little Rock’s Hickory Hills neighborhood.

Who sold the $1.1 million residence? Robert and Rebecca Howeth.
