Bogus Blueprints Allegedly Part of One Bank Case

Have your heard reports that federal investigators are following a trail of allegedly bogus paperwork generated at Little Rock’s One Bank & Trust during the tenure of Layton “Scooter” Stuart?

We managed to track down details about one piece of suspicious paper that has drawn attention.

The alleged certificate of payment was for architectural work on the One Bank suite at Verizon Arena.

We’re told the paperwork bore the alleged markings of fraud.

First, the name of the firm was misspelled. Second, the company logo featured was an outdated version. Third, the signature of the architectural staffer didn’t match. Fourth, that staffer wasn’t with the firm at the time corresponding to the paperwork.

“I think the word ‘Architects’ wasn’t spelled correctly either,” our insider reports.
