Forest Place Apartments in Little Rock topped the sales roster of Pulaski County properties at $17.6 million.

The $10.2 million sale of North Metro Medical Center in Jacksonville ranked No. 4 on the list of 2012 commercial real estate deals in Pulaski County.

This year’s top 30 commercial real estate transactions in Pulaski County carry a total value of more than $151 million.
That represents a 17 percent drop compared with last year’s total of more than $183 million.
The 2012 crop of deals is spread across a broad spectrum of commercial categories.

Retail-related properties accounted for the most items with eight.
The biggest of the bunch at $16 million encompassed seven Crackerbox convenience stores purchased by Valero.
Health care-related properties followed closely, contributing six deals.
The largest was the sale of Little Rock Healthcare & Rehabilitation, a 174-bed nursing home project.
Industrial projects and apartments each registered four projects.
Forest Place Apartments in Little Rock topped the list for all commercial deals. The 256-unit complex sold for $17.6 million to Maxis Properties Inc. of North Kansas City, Mo.
Nine transactions that nearly made the 2012 list of Largest Pulaski County Commercial Real Estate Deals included a mix of retail, land and office properties:
• North Little Rock’s Crestwood Professional Building. The 33,972-SF office project at 2501 Crestwood Road was purchased for $1.78 million.
