Restricted stock awards represented the biggest component of CEO George Gleason's compensation package, and awards of more than $1.3 million helped push his compensation total to nearly $3.5 million (Jason Burt)

George Gleason, chairman and chief executive officer of Little Rock's Bank of the Ozarks Inc., receives a 15.3 percent raise that boosts his salary to more than $1.2 million.
