Did you know that Little Rock’s One Bank & Trust made a new hire to its executive team and one of its top execs formally exited?

Larry Brown recently joined the $439.7 million-asset lender as senior vice president and manager of credit administration.

Brown is a 40-year banking veteran whose career started at Worthen Bank & Trust of Little Rock. He comes to One Bank via BancVue Ltd. of Austin, Texas, a bank consulting firm with a bent toward community banks.

Before joining BancVue in 2010, Brown served as executive vice president at Bank of Little Rock during 2002-10 and spent most of his banking career in Arkansas.

Gone: Gary Rickenbach, executive vice president, chief loan officer and director. Rickenbach was placed on paid administrative leave back on Jan. 30.
