5 Deals in Pulaski County Top Million-dollar Mark

An industrial facility, an office building, church buy, cold storage warehouse and a retail development all generated seven-digit deals.

Essick Air Products Inc. of Little Rock purchased the 104,000-SF facility at 2901 W. 60th St. in southwest Little Rock for $1.85 million from Capital Properties LLC, led by Gus Blass III.

CPB LLC, led by Michael Quick, acquired the 33,972-SF Crestwood Professional Building at 2501 Crestwood Road in North Little Rock for $1.78 million. Seller: Arkansas Land Group Inc., led by William Alfonso.

Mosaic Church of Central Arkansas Inc. bought the former Kmart at 6221 Col. Glenn Road in south Little Rock for $1.62 million.

The 140,600-SF facility was sold by Mike and Monica Montgomery, who operate Office Furniture Supply.

North Little Rock 1400 LLC of Downey, Calif., purchased the 87,500-SF warehouse facility at 1400 Gregory St. in North Little Rock for $1.44 million. Seller: Frostyaire of Arkansas Inc., led by James Thomas Jr.

ATIQ VIII LLC, led by Omar Atiq, acquired the Dollar General Store at 4523 Camp Robinson Road in North Little Rock for $1.43 million.
