The new flights will operate twice weekly between Little Rock and Orlando.

"We're extremely appreciative that Allegiant is expanding into the Little Rock market," Kay Kelley Arnold, the chairwoman of the Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission, said in a released statement. "It's our desire that our community joins with us in welcoming and supporting Allegiant."

Allegiant Travel offers tourism package deals in conjunction with its airline. A promotional fare will be offered for one-way tickets at the beginning of the service.
