A $2.1 million land deal is heralding a fitness and health spa development in midtown Little Rock.

LAF LR Ltd., led by Fred Gans, bought the nearly 1.7-acre site at the Park Avenue project to build a 47,500-SF facility.

Seller? SPC Park Avenue Ltd., an affiliate of Strode Property Co. of Dallas.

Omega Realty LLC of Miami purchased the Pizza Hut at 10310 Mabelvale Plaza Drive for $1.2 million.

Seller: Jack Berg Family Ltd. of Tarzana, Calif.

An undeveloped 8.6-acre piece of a west Little Rock condominium-townhome project shifted ownership in a transaction valued at $1.3 million.

Renaissance Point Apartments LLC took title to the property formerly held by Parkland Heights Ranch Properties LLC.

Both entities are led by Shabbir Dharamsey.

You might recall that we told you in September that Dharamsey was building a 152-unit apartment project on the land adjoining his Parkland Heights projects at 6800 Chenonceau Blvd.
