Sonic Combo Purchase Totals Nearly $6M (Real Deals)

Backyard Purchase

A closed Backyard Burgers in Little Rock is under new ownership after a $413,000 sale.

Cantrell Drug Co., led by James McCarley Jr., bought the project at 7323 Cantrell Road from Tommy and Karla Hilburn. The deal is funded with a five-year loan of $340,000 from Regions Bank of Birmingham, Ala.

The 0.31-acre location was acquired for $205,000 in December 1994 from Walter Higgins III and his wife, Mary.

Multifamily Buy

A 10-unit apartment property in North Little Rock rang up a $382,000 deal. Clarmot Properties LLC, led by Ray Sylvester, purchased the 801 McCain Blvd. project. The seller is Coray Properties Inc., led by Thomas Roy III.

The deal is backed with a five-year loan of $327,250 from IberiaBank of Lafayette, La. The 0.32-acre development at 801 McCain Blvd. previously was tied to an August 2012 mortgage of $249,598 from the bank.

The project was bought for $115,000 in December 2003 from Brett Sullivan.

Industrial Acquisition

An 82.9-acre industrial spread in south Pulaski County drew a $300,000 sale.

Clifton Family LLLP, led by Norman Clifton, acquired the Siemens Allis facility at 14000 Dineen Drive from Siemens Corp. of Iselin, N.J. The property in-cludes a 115,200-SF plant, 20,000-SF office building, 13,400 SF of warehouse space and a 3,200-SF cafeteria.
