The top executives of Advanced Environmental Recycling Technologies Inc. received sizeable raises in their salaries in 2012 but no bonuses.

The manufacturer of composite decking materials released its annual proxy statement last week. Its annual shareholders meeting is scheduled for noon on June 19 at the corporate offices in Springdale.

The only items on the agenda are the approval of HoganTaylor LLP as outside auditor and the re-election of three members of the board of director: Chairman and CEO Joe G. Brooks, President Timothy D. Morrison and director Vernon J. Richardson.

Brooks was paid a salary of $220,769 last year, up from $190,000 in 2011. Morrison's salary went from $200,000 in 2011 to $233,654 last year. CFO J.R. Brian Hanna also got a raise, from $185,000 to $218,654.
