Stephen Tipton Named SVP at Centennial Bank (Movers & Shakers)

FINANCIAL SERVICES

Stephen Tipton has been promoted to senior vice president and credit risk management director of Centennial Bank and its parent company, Home BancShares Inc., in Conway. Tipton, a University of Arkansas business graduate, has worked for Centennial for seven years and has experience in retail, business development and lending.

John Curreri has been named senior vice president and mortgage production officer of First Federal Bank in Little Rock. Curreri has more than 14 years of mortgage lending and banking experience and has originated more than 2,000 loans. He is a graduate of the Associated Builders & Contractors School of Arkansas.

ARCHITECTURE

Daryl Davis and Todd Kuhn have been elected to the board of directors of Cromwell Architects Engineers in Little Rock. Davis, retired from the U.S. Navy, serves as the firm’s business manager and has been with the company since 2005. Kuhn, who has been with Cromwell since 1994, is a senior engineer and serves as director of energy services.

Jack F. See Jr., a partner with Wittenberg Delony & Davidson Inc. Architects, has been recognized as Educational Planner of the Year by the Southern region of the Council for Educational Facility Planners International. See was recognized for his service on the Arkansas Educational Facilities Task Force. He will also be eligible for the International Planner of the Year award, which will be presented later this year.

LEGAL

Elizabeth Caldwell has become a member of the Newland & Associates law firm in Little Rock, and Breanna Trombley has been hired as an associate attorney. Caldwell, who has an appellate practice, graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock’s William H. Bowen School of Law in 2007 and specializes in estate planning, taxation and corporate and real estate transactions. Trombley, also a Bowen graduate, served as associate research editor for the UALR Law Review.

HEALTH CARE

Debbie Johnson has joined the staff of North Arkansas Regional Medical Center at Harrison as its special projects and outreach coordinator. She previously served as a registered nurse and administrator at the Arkansas Department of Health for 35 years. Johnson is responsible for developing, planning, organizing and implementing a variety of activities pertaining to health outreach and special events. Larry Ramsay, a physician assistant, has also joined the staff of North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison. Ramsay previously practiced family medicine at the Hurlburt Air Force Base in Mary Esther, Fla., and will be participating in regional outreach and family medicine clinics operated by NARMC. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and holds physician assistant licenses in Arkansas and Texas.

Aaron Wallace of Jonesboro has been inducted as a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. Wallace, a physician at the NEA Baptist Clinic since 2011, also is a member of the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and the Arthroscopy Association of North America.
