WLR Retail Site Changes Hands in $1.66M Deal

The future site of a 23,000-SF retail center in west Little Rock tops a trio of seven-digit deals.

Chenal Curve LLC, led by John Rees, bought the 4.11-acre parcel at 16900 Chenal Parkway for $1.66 million.

Seller: Kanis & Kirk Investors LLC, led by Kevin Huchingson.

On the residential front, Christopher Flake purchased a 6,600-SF home in west Little Rock’s Chenal Downs neighborhood for $1.1 million from Charles and Cindy Harper.

In downtown Little Rock, former Acxiom CEO Charles Morgan added to his 19th-floor holdings at the River Market Tower in a $1 million acquisition.

Morgan accomplished the deal for the 1,340-SF and 2,855-SF units through his Hood Street Enterprises Inc.

The space was sold by River Market Tower LLC, led by Jimmy Moses and Rett Tucker.
