Pine Bluff National Bank last week unveiled a new corporate name: Relyance Bank.

"Our name and logos have served us well for almost 50 years, but today we are proudly rebranding ourselves for the future," said Chuck Morgan, president and CEO. "We believe our new brand, Relyance Bank, best represents who we are, who we have always been and who we will always be from here forward. We are people you can rely on."

Established in 1965, the $400 million-asset lender operates eight branches with a staff of 124. Seven full-service locations are in Jefferson County: Pine Bluff, 5; and one each in Redfield and Whitehall. The eighth is in Star City (Lincoln County).

The company recorded a first quarter profit of $888,000. Net income totaled $4.6 million during 2012.
