Jim Couch Rises to New Position at Delta Dental (Movers & Shakers)

Jami McNeely has been promoted to consumer loan officer at Arvest Bank in Hot Springs. McNeely has more than 25 years of banking experience, and she has been at Arvest since October 2010. She previously served as a commercial loan and private banking assistant.

Julie Seat has been hired as the assistant vice president and branch manager at the Highland branch of IberiaBank in Sharp County. Seat formerly worked for Dillard & Dillard Motor Co. in Ash Flat.


Joy Figarsky has been named director of the Arkansas Department of Human Services’ Behavioral Health Services Division in Little Rock. Figarsky has nearly 30 years of experience in the field and was formerly the CEO of Ascent Children’s Services in Jonesboro.


Christopher Heil, an attorney at the Brad Hendricks Law Firm in Little Rock, has been appointed to the judiciary committee of the Arkansas Bar Association.


Kevin Connell has joined the sales staff at Wood Motor Co. in Harrison. Connell began his sales career in 1980 and has most recently worked at Landers McLarty Nissan in Bentonville.
