Kudos: UA Law School's Website Logs National Ranking

The University of Arkansas School of Law's website was ranked third out of 202 schools by the Georgetown University Law Center.

The University of Arkansas School of Law’s website home page has been ranked third in the nation by the Georgetown University Law Center. The Law Center measured objective criteria to find the best-designed, best-performing sites among the 202 law schools accredited by the American Bar Association, the UA said.

Mid-South Community College at West Memphis has been named one of the top 10 outstanding Southern community colleges for workforce training by Southern Business & Development. The college and its four sister institutions in the Delta — collectively referred to as the Arkansas Delta Training & Education Consortium — were recognized for an “innovative and industry-driven approach to education and training,” according to a feature on the SBD website.

The University of Arkansas at Fort Smith’s College of Business has earned accreditation by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. The AACSB, which was founded in 1916, is the longest serving global accrediting body for business schools that offer undergraduate, master’s and doctoral degrees in business and accounting.

The Delta Dental of Arkansas call center has received recognition in BenchmarkPortal’s 2013 Top 50 Call Center contest. Call centers must gain standing as certified centers of excellence, a title only 10 percent of applicants receive, before receiving recognition, according to a Delta Dental news release.

ABF Freight System Inc. has been recognized by Inbound Logistics as a Green 75 Supply Chain Partner for the fourth consecutive year. The magazine’s annual list names supply chain partners committed to sustainability.
