Back this summer by popular demand is the Culinary Camp at the Clinton Presidential Center. It’s a day camp for students in grades four through eight, and we’ve heard grand things about it. The culinary staff at the center provides hands-on training to the students, who make their own lunches, learn cooking tips and start their own garden.
Registration is $200 for non-members of the Clinton Center and $175 for members. The next camp is July 8-12, but the camps are popular and may be sold out, so visit the camp’s website or contact Brian Allen at (501) 748-0454 or BAllen@ClintonPresidentialCenter.org.
We’re told the camps will be offered next summer as well. Think of them as potential workforce training for the young ones.
