Doug Erickson Steps In as President at TME

Doug Erickson, new president of TME Inc., was previously director of health care for Northstar Management Co. of St. Louis.

As president of TME Inc. in Little Rock, Doug Erickson will work as an integral part of the firm’s executive leadership team and report directly to CEO Rusty Mullen.

Erickson has more than 38 years of experience in health care facility planning, design and construction. He earned his bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has represented the American Hospital Association and the American Society for Healthcare Engineering as a principal advocate on national codes, standards and built-environment committees.

His past positions include director of planning, design and construction for the AHA, deputy executive director of the ASHE and director of engineering for the Joint Commission, a nonprofit that accredits and certifies health care organizations. Erickson has been a featured speaker at national and local conferences on health care facilities. He has been named the recipient of the ASHE’s 2013 Crystal Eagle award for lifetime achievement. Prior to joining TME Inc. in May, Erickson was the director of health care for Northstar Management Co. of St. Louis.
