The $5.3 million sale of a west Little Rock hotel leads the way in this week’s installment of big real estate transactions in Pulaski County.

LVP TPS Little Rock LLC of Lakewood, N.J., purchased the 92-room Townplace Suites by Marriott at 12 Crossings Court.

Who sold the property?

TPLR Partners LLC of Fort Smith, led by Chris Whitt.

Meanwhile in midtown Little Rock…

BH University Development LLC, led by James Barnes and Brandon Huffman, bought the former Brandon House Furniture project at 1100 S. University Ave. for $3 million.

Seller: MBC Holdings Worldwide LLC, led by Bruce Burrow and Marty Belz.

In the residential realm...

A 5,351-SF home in Little Rock’s Riverview Point neighborhood tipped the scales at $1.15 million.

New owners: Allen and Sarah Engstrom. They acquired the house from Martin and Julia Sunde.
