Million-Dollar Deals Reached on Four Central Arkansas Properties

A quartet of Pulaski County properties all generated seven-digit sales.

A $10 million nursing home development is in the works after a $1 million land deal in west Little Rock.

Argenta Health Services LLC, led by Michael Morton, acquired the 4.6-acre site near the southeast corner of David O. Dodd and Bowman Plaza Drive for a 120-bed skilled bed facility.

Seller? Terraforma LLC, led by David Bruning and Doug Meyer.

A 5,800-SF home in west Little Rock’s Sologne Circle neighborhood tipped the scales at $1.33 million.

Rayburn and Angela Rego bought the house from Little Rock’s Carl Gray Henson Inc.

Tisdale Properties & Developments LLC, led by Tracy Tisdale, purchased the former Harvest Foods grocery store at 4101 E. Kiehl Ave. in Sherwood for $1.19 million.

Seller: BancorpSouth Bank of Tupelo, Miss.

A future bank branch location in west Little Rock sold for $1.08 million.

First Security Bank of Searcy acquired the 1.06-acre property at the northeast corner of Chenal Parkway and Wellington Hills Drive from 15400 Chenal LLC, led by Larry Crain Jr.
