iPawn Gets New WLR Home

Eagle-eyed readers of Real Deals will note that the Steven J. Landers Jr. Trust has bought a 6,000-SF building on Rodney Parham Road in Little Rock for his iPawn business.

The man in charge of iPawn, Mike Willingham, politely declined to discuss the venture, as did Landers — son of Steve Sr. of Landers Auto Sales renown — through Willingham. However, we’re able to glean from the shop’s Facebook page that it offers the usual pawnshop fare: jewelry, guns and electronics.

Although pawn brokering may be among mankind’s oldest professions, it appears to be ascending in respectability, at least in this state, as Arkansas Business reported in a feature on the industry last year.
