RLJ McLarty Landers Automotive Holdings of Little Rock announced Wednesday the acquisition of Toyota of Lewisville in the Dallas suburb of Lewisville.
The dealership, which includes a 74,000-SF facility, was previously owned by Rene Isip and John Eagle and employs approximately 125 people. RML estimated that it would generate $140 million in revenue during its first year under the new ownership.
“At RML we believe in providing the very best sales and service to our customers. We are pleased to expand our presence in the DFW market by becoming a part of the Lewisville community, and look forward to serving the people there with the same level of satisfaction and care as we do in our other locations across the United States,” CEO Franklin McLarty said in a press release. “We are excited to expand our relationship with Toyota in one of the strongest car markets in the country.”
RML already has Texas dealerships at Fort Worth, Burleson and Waxahachie.
