Million-Dollar Deals Include Title of Hillcrest's Hocott's

Three Pulaski County properties shifted ownership in seven-digit transactions.

Peartree Inc., led by Katharine Adams, bought the 41,429-SF T.J. Raney Building at 3600 Cantrell Road in the Riverdale area of Little Rock for $1.85 million.

Seller? IberiaBank of Lafayette, La.

Peartree also took title to the Hocott’s Garden Center at 3700 Kavanaugh Blvd. and the nearby 3604 Kavanaugh Blvd. project in a combined transaction valued at $1.6 million.

These two properties in the Hillcrest area of Little Rock were owned by Hill Valley Inc., which shared some common ownership with Peartree.

Completing the trifecta is more than 945 acres in the Hensley area of southeast Pulaski County.

Tall Corn Forestry LLC of Atlanta acquired the land from RMS Timberlands LLC of Birmingham, Ala., for $1.59 million.
