Scott Pittillo Put On Board of Jefferson Bancshares (Movers & Shakers)

Scott Pittillo, executive vice president and CFO of Relyance Bank of Pine Bluff, has been appointed to the board of directors of the bank and its parent company, Jefferson Bancshares Inc.


Reese Rowland, a principal architect with Polk Stanley Wilcox in Little Rock, will be honored by the World Services for the Blind Foundation with its Vision Award at a luncheon to be held Oct. 23. A native Arkansan, Rowland designed Acxiom’s River Market Tower, Heifer International’s World Headquarters & Education Center and Central Arkansas Library System’s new Children’s Library.

Toni Wyre, director of interiors at WER Architects of Little Rock, and Lauren Mesker, a design associate at WER, recently received design awards from the South Central chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers. Wyre’s winning projects were Conway High School, UALR Trojan Grill, Arkansas Business Publishing Group and Southwest Power Pool, which also received the 2013 Commercial Project of the Year Ovation Award as the best project for the region that includes Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi. Mesker received the 2013 Rising Star award for best design project from an emerging professional.

Business Services

Roy Stephens has joined Sunbelt Network’s Little Rock office as a senior broker specializing in helping to buy and sell businesses. Stephens also serves as an investment manager with CrossCurrent Wealth Management LLC.


Bob Evins of Cherokee Village was recently appointed to a two-year term as chairman of the board of trustees of Ozarka College at Melbourne. Jack Yancey of Brockwell was appointed vice chairman, and Darla York of Salem was appointed secretary. Other members of the board include immediate past chairman Dennis Wiles of Horseshoe Bend, Paul Weaver of Violet Hill (Izard County), Tim Gammill of Mountain View and Ben Cooper of Melbourne.

Health Care

Dr. Vincent G. Lee has joined the medical staff at Paragould Doctors’ Clinic and will see patients at the Paragould clinic, the Rector clinic and Paragould Wound Healing Clinic. A native of West Memphis, Lee graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock and completed a three-year family practice residency at the Area Health Education Center-Northeast, a UAMS program based at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro.
