Superior Purchase Totals $4.5 Million (Real Deals)

Kathryn Thrailkill acquired the house from Lisa Kirkpatrick.

The deal is backed with a 15-year loan of $160,000 from Centennial Bank of Conway.

The residence previously was linked with an April 2012 mortgage of $325,600 held by Delta Trust Mortgage Inc. of Little Rock.

Kirkpatrick bought the property for $407,000 in April 2012 from Edward and Diane Crafts.

Graphic Financing

A 33,600-SF commercial project in downtown Little Rock was used to secure a $4 million funding agreement.

AGI LLC, led by Kevin Wilcox, obtained the 15-year loan from Bank of Little Rock.

The 2.02-acre Arkansas Graphics de-velopment at 800 Gaines St. previously was tied to six mortgages totaling more than $2 million held by the bank.

The loans date back to February 2008, August 2008, October 2008 and February 2009.

The property was assembled in seven transactions totaling $662,000. The sellers were Strafco Inc. of San Antonio, $425,000 in June 1981; Leon and Naomi Adams, $200,000 in August 1996; Robert and Donna Miller, $18,000 in August 1996; James Booth and Martha Anne Booth, $6,000 each in July 1996; Travis Walton, $5,000 in April 1997; and the Commissioner of State Lands, $2,140 in April 1990.

Land Loan

The owner of a 7.16-acre commercial tract in west Little Rock landed a $2.5 million financial package.
