NLR Hilton Garden Inn Draws $13.1 Million Sale (Real Deals)

Chad and Meredith Causey acquired the house from Jay Brainard Jr. and his wife, Sally.

The deal is funded with a 20-year loan of $330,000 from IberiaBank of Lafayette, La. The residence previously was tied to a November 2011 mortgage of $417,000 held by First Security Bank.

The Brainards bought the property for $515,000 in January 2010 from Alex and Jane Gillespie.

ACC Condo

A 1,635-SF condo in downtown Little Rock rang up a $500,000 transaction.

Tribecca LLC, led by Elizabeth Campbell, purchased the sixth-floor unit in the Arkansas Capital Commerce Center at 200 River Market Ave. from the Thomas F. Shock Trust.

The condominium previously was linked with a March 2011 mortgage of $260,000 held by Arkansas Federal Credit Union of Jacksonville.

Shock acquired the property for $360,000 more than two years ago from Adele Richmond.

Rural Residence

A 3,327-SF home in west Pulaski County is under new ownership after a $500,000 sale. Arvil and Elsie Bryant bought the house from James and Valerie Price.

The 3.89-acre residential spread previously was tied to a June 2003 mortgage of $50,000 held by Regions Bank of Birmingham, Ala.

The Prices purchased the property for $88,000 in June 2003 from Rene and Sonya LaVergne.
