Paramount Transaction Adds Up to $3.6 Million (Real Deals)

A 2,584-SF home near the Country Club of Little Rock drew a $665,000 sale.

Gary and Jennifer McCallum acquired the house from Jerry Toole.

The deal is backed by a 30-year loan of $417,000 and a three-year loan of $181,500 from One Bank & Trust.

The residence previously was tied to an August 2012 mortgage of $536,000 held by Regions Bank of Birmingham, Ala.

Toole bought the property for $375,000 in April 2007 from United Systems of Arkansas Inc., led by Glenn Petkovsek.

Lamarche Residence

A 5,177-SF home in the Lamarche neighborhood of west Little Rock’s Chenal Valley development changed hands in a $595,000 transaction.

Shahid and Hira Shah purchased the house from Richard and Susan Crane.

The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $417,000 and a 25-year loan of $59,000 from U.S. Bank of Cincinnati.

The residence previously was linked with a May 2004 mortgage of $300,000 held by Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Inc. of Des Moines, Iowa.

The Cranes acquired the property for $579,000 more than nine years ago from Mark and Janet Baker.
