Central Arkansas Home Values Rising

The median value for new single-family houses in central Arkansas rose in 2012 but was still below the boom years of 2004-08, according to the latest “Metro Trends” report from Metroplan.

The report from Metroplan, the planning agency for Pulaski, Faulkner, Saline and

Lonoke counties, also shows that in 2012, the value of new single-family homes ranged from $83,477 in Jacksonville to $269,950 in Maumelle.
