The chef and businessman behind a string of legendary Little Rock restaurants — Alouette's, Graffiti's, to name a couple — takes on a new project four years after a stroke ended his “semi-retirement” in the Cayman Islands. This time he brings his love for great food prepared simply to 1620 Savoy.
