FBI's Little Rock Headquarters Sale Leads Off Quartet of Million-Dollar Deals

The Federal Bureau of Investigation's Little Rock field office on Shackleford Blvd.

The $19.5 million sale of the Arkansas headquarters of the Federal Bureau of Investigation kicks off a quartet of million-dollar real estate transactions in Pulaski County.

USGP II Little Rock FBI Ltd. of Washington, D.C., bought the 99,000-SF office building at the 24 W. Shackleford Blvd. project in west Little Rock.

Seller: TRT Shackleford West Boulevard LLC of Denver.

Farther west, an undeveloped 23.2-acre residential tract tipped the scales at $2.05 million.

Bullwinkle LLC, led by Kris Upton, purchased the land that was once part of the 22 Valley Crest Court monster house spread built by Rick Ferguson.

Seller? NCC Financial Arkansas LLC of Houston, Texas.

A 6.5-acre mini-storage development in southwest Little Rock drew a $1.3 million transaction.

Arkansas Storage Centers II LLC, led by Stuart Finley, acquired the Big Boys Storage project at 11409 Baseline Road. Seller: BBTS LLC, led by Richard Hutson and Scott Davis.

An undeveloped 16.8-acre tract in west Little Rock completes the group.

MSI Holding Co., led by Steve Wortman, sold the land south of Col. Glenn Road on the east side of Shackelford Road for $1.2 million. Buyer: VHV Partnership, led by Robert Vogel.
