APEI Gets $3.5M Contract to Develop Fighter Jet Power Modules

Arkansas Power Electronics International of Fayetteville has been awarded a $3.5 million contract by the U.S. Air Force to develop a high-temperature, silicon-carbide power module for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter.
