Luke Mattingly Moves Up the Chain to President/CEO at CareLink

Luke Mattingly has been promoted from chief operating officer to president and CEO of CareLink of North Little Rock. 

Mattingly, 51, has been on the staff of CareLink for 11 years. He was chief operating officer from 2008 until his promotion this month and was vice president of home care and human resources from 2003-07. He previously worked as director of administration and human resources at Tokusen USA Inc. in Conway and as director of human resources at Aermotor Pumps Inc., also in Conway. He achieved the rank of captain in the U.S. Air Force.

Mattingly holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and political science from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a master’s degree in human resource management from Kennedy-Western University (now Warren National University).

CareLink serves six counties in central Arkansas at the Area Agency on Aging, which provides services like Meal on Wheels, Medicare counseling and respite care. “Luke was the board’s choice because of his knowledge of CareLink, his demonstrated leadership skills and his passion for our mission,” Chairman Bob McCormack of Conway said. “He is committed to ensuring that homebound older people, family caregivers and active older people get the services they need to thrive.”
