Big Slice of Park Avenue Draws $23.4M Transaction (Real Deals)

A 12.6-acre piece of the Park Avenue development in midtown Little Rock rang up a $23.4 million sale. The retail deal included 1) ground-floor space in the Park Avenue Lofts project , 2) parking deck, 3) two interior buildings, 4) Cheddar’s, 5) Jared jewelry store and 6) AT&T store.

A 5,739-SF home in west Little Rock’s Glenn Johnson Ranch neighborhood sold for $950,000.

Paulo and Teresa Ribeiro acquired the house from the Cynthia Gail Wilcox Revocable Trust.

Wilcox bought the 5.16-acre spread for $950,000 in March 2006 from Kerry and Linda Ozment.

Greathouse Abode

A 4,051-SF home in Little Rock’s Greathouse Bend Estates neighborhood drew a $730,000 sale.

The Kelli N. Miller Revocable Trust purchased the house from Joe Peacock.

Peacock acquired the property for $700,000 in April 2011 from Ted and Maranda Bailey.

Country Club House

A 3,134-SF home near the Country Club of Little Rock is under new ownership after a $629,500 deal.

Lee and Lauren Strother bought the house from Julie and Monty Whatley.

The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $503,616 and a two-year loan of $50,000 from First Federal Bank of Harrison.

The residence previously was linked with a November 2010 mortgage of $404,772 held by Caliber Funding LLC of Irving, Texas.
