Remember the fleet of autos that Uncle Sam seized last year from the family of the late Layton “Scooter” Stuart?

Well, the five vehicles finally are heading to the sales block after a recent court order.

The roster consists of a 2013 Land Rover Range Rover, a 2013 Lexus RX350, a 2011 Cadillac SRX Performance, a 2008 Cadillac Escalade and a 2008 Gem E4.

The task of liquidating the assets is in the hands of the Internal Revenue Service. The money generated from the sale will be returned to the Treasury account holding other cash assets seized by the feds.

Among the items are about $14.7 million remaining from the life insurance payout in the weeks following Stuart’s death on March 26, 2013, and nearly $159,000 that was held in various Stuart bank accounts.
