Ouachita County Judge Pleads Guilty to Bribery Involving FEMA Contract

Ouachita County Judge James Michael Hesterly pleads guilty to one count of bribery concerning a program receiving federal funds, according to Conner Eldridge, the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Arkansas.
