Chateau West Moves In $2.8 Million Sale (Real Deals)

The sale of a 141-unit apartment complex in south Little Rock weighed in at $2.86 million.

Alexander Apartments LLC, led by Jason Bolden, bought the project at 6310 Col. Glenn Road from its namesake owner: Chateau West Apartments LLC, led by William Tull Jr.

The deal is financed with a $2.8 million loan from Central Bank of Little Rock.

The 7.37-acre development previously was tied to a January 2003 mortgage of $2.74 million originated by Pulaski Bank & Trust of Little Rock.

The multifamily project was purchased for $4 million more than 11 years ago from Chateau West LLC, led by James and Juanita Winn.

Carwash Transaction

A carwash in downtown Little Rock is under new ownership after a $491,000 sale.

Walid Ismael and Hosam Esmail acquired the 1123 Broadway project from Best Car Wash on Broadway Inc., led by Willis Smith.

The deal is funded with a two-year loan of $500,000 from Bank of England.

The 0.69-acre development previously was linked with a January 2008 mortgage of $1.07 million held by Allied Bank of Mulberry (Crawford County).

Best Car Wash bought the property for $1.15 million in May 2000 from James and Joann Dulaney and Brian and Theresa Dulaney.
