Geyer Springs Shopping Center Leads Off List of Recent Million-Dollar Deals

This week’s installment of seven-digit deals is led off by neighboring retail properties in southwest Little Rock.

Geyer Springs Shopping Center LLC of Brooklyn, New York, acquired its namesake 152,852-SF project at 8717 Geyer Springs Road for $6.1 million.

The limited liability company also bought the 21,760-SF Geyer South project at 8521 Geyer Springs Road as part of the deal with Geyer Station Inc. of Cincinnati.

Meanwhile in North Little Rock, IE Real Estate Holdings LLC, led by Eddie Pitonyak, purchased the 25,585-SF Competitive Cyclist facility at 5050 Northshore Lane for $2.08 million.

An affiliate of Backcountry.com: Treviso LLC of Park City, Utah. You might recall that Backcountry bought Competitive Cyclist in 2011.

Back in southwest Little Rock, ARCP SN Mabelvale AR LLC of Phoenix acquired the 6,450-SF warehouse at 11618 Otter Creek S. Road for a reported $1.26 million.

Seller: Rogers Warehouse Development LLC, an affiliate of Crossland Construction Co. of Columbus, Kansas. The property is leased to Sunbelt Rentals of Fort Mill, South Carolina.

On the residential front in west Little Rock, Kevin and Karen Heath purchased a 5,000-SF home in Chenal Valley for $1.1 million from Bradley and Deborah Diner.
