| About the Work-Life Balance Award |

 The Arkansas Governor's Work-Life Balance Initiative presents the state's 2008 Arkansas Governor's
Work-Life Balance Awards recognizing Arkansas employers for
establishing and providing resources that support employees in balancing the
needs of both work and family.
Winners will be selected in three categories, based on the number of employees. The award-winning companies will be notified in February 2008 and presented an award at a Family Friendly Event. They also will be profiled in:
