This year Baptist Health was inducted as first Family Friendly Ambassador for continued work to provide employees with family-friendly benefits.

Also new to this year's ceremony was the Spotlight Award, which recognized companies implementing family-friendly policies in innovative ways. Three spotlight awards were awarded to Benchmark Group, Nucor Steel and the Heritage Company.
