8 Farmers File Fraud Lawsuit Against Turner Grain

A group of farmers sue Turner Grain Merchandising Inc. for fraud, saying they haven't been paid for grains they sold to the Brinkley company. And Bruce Oakley Inc. of North Little Rock files an interpleader asking a judge to decide what to do with the $360,000 it owes Turner.
